Space technology for infrastructure planning

Southern Angola experiences a cyclical drought which affects its agricultural sector and availability of potable water for its citizens. Our collaborative interdisciplinary team, led by Dr. Danielle Wood, is developing an integrated tool (image credit: Danielle Wood & Blue Raster) using satellite earth observation data and systems architecture to plan for the drought and mitigate its effects.
